Sausage and creamed potatoes

6 to 8 potatoes | ||

1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | cup | Milk |
Directions
Cut sausage int ½ inch lengths.
Chop the onion fine.
Mix meat and onion together and fry until slightly brown.
Add water to cover and cook 10 minutes.
Cut the potatoes in quarters, add to meat and season.
Cover and cook until vegetables are done.
Make a paste of the flour and milk.
Add to mixture and cook until thickened.
