Potato and sausage cakes

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Cooked sausage meat; minced | 
| 1 | Egg; | |
| 3 | cups | Potatoes; mashed | 
| Fine dry crumbs; | ||
Directions
Combine the sausage meat, egg and potato; form into small flat cakes, roll in the crumbs and saute in the sausage fat until browned on both sides.
