Potato and sausage cakes

Yield: 1 main dish

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cooked sausage meat; minced
1 \N Egg;
3 cups Potatoes; mashed
\N \N Fine dry crumbs;

Combine the sausage meat, egg and potato; form into small flat cakes, roll in the crumbs and saute in the sausage fat until browned on both sides.
