1 cup | Grated coconut |
¾ cup | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | Butter |
¼ cup | Cream or milk |
1 teaspoon | Corn syrup |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
DRIZZLE
Sift flour, salt. Gradually add sugar to shortening and cream well. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Beat and add dry ingredients. Add coconut and nuts. Pour into a 15" X 10" greased and floured pan. Prepare drizzle and while hot pour over batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
