Black walnut brownies

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Oil
2 xes Eggs
1 teaspoon Extract, vanilla
½ cup Flour
2 tablespoons Baking cocoa
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Walnuts, black; chopped

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; add to sugar mixture and mix well. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased 8" square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until brownies test done with a wooden pick. Cool on a wire rack.
