1 cup | Sugar |
¼ cup | Oil |
2 xes | Eggs |
1 teaspoon | Extract, vanilla |
½ cup | Flour |
2 tablespoons | Baking cocoa |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ cup | Walnuts, black; chopped |
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; add to sugar mixture and mix well. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased 8" square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until brownies test done with a wooden pick. Cool on a wire rack.
