Salsa fresca #5

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 mediums Ripe tomatoes; cored, seeded; and finely diced
¼ Red onion; minced
2 Jalapeno chiles; stemmed, seeded if desired and minced
1 bunch Cilantro; leaves only chopped
2 tablespoons Lime juice
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper

Has anyone gone into it ( It's great -- you see them making the stuff on TV and then you go into the web site to pull the recipes. I pulled these because I love black beans and refried beans, but had never had black refried beans. Hope they come out ok.

In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. Stir and toss well. Serve.

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator no more than 1 day.
