Salsa fresca - bill's

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ripe red tomatoes; rough chopped
1 pounds Green tomatoes; rough chopped
6 larges Sweet banana peppers; seeded, deveined,
\N \N ; roughly chopped
\N \N Or
4 mediums Hungarian wax peppers; seeded, deveined,
\N \N ; roughly chopped
½ bunch Cilantro; roughly chopped
1 medium White or yellow onion; roughly chopped
\N \N Jalapeno; serrano, jalapa
\N \N ; peppers, seeded,
\N \N ; roughly chopped
\N \N Adjust number for desired heat level
2 \N Juice of 2 limes
2 teaspoons Salt; (to taste)

If using a food processor or salsa maker, add vegetables and chop/process until in ¼" pieces. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix in lime juice and salt to taste.
