Salsa de chiles chipotles

Ingredients

| 3 | mediums | Tomatillos, fresh; husked and washed |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; unpeeled | |
| 3 | Chiles chipotles in adobe sauce; seeded | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Water |
| 2 | teaspoons | Adobe sauce from chiles; optional |
Directions
Roast the tomatillos until blackened and soft. Roast the garlic until soft, then peel and chop. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree. If smokier flavored is desired, add a teaspoon or two of the sauce from the chiles chipotle
