3mediumsTomatillos, fresh; husked and washed
2Cloves garlic; unpeeled
3Chiles chipotles in adobe sauce; seeded
¼teaspoonSalt
2tablespoonsWater
2teaspoonsAdobe sauce from chiles; optional

Directions

Roast the tomatillos until blackened and soft. Roast the garlic until soft, then peel and chop. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree. If smokier flavored is desired, add a teaspoon or two of the sauce from the chiles chipotle
