Salsa de chile pasilla

Ingredients

| 4 | eaches | chiles pasillas | 
| 1 | teaspoon | dried oregano | 
| 1 | tablespoon | cooking oil | 
| 3 | tablespoons | olive oil | 
| 1 | tablespoon | wine vinegar | 
| 1 | each | salt to taste | 
| 1 | each | pepper to taste | 
Directions
Soak pasillas in warm water to barely cover for 30 mins. Puree chile and water.  Add seasonings and mix well. Heat oil in skillet and cook puree 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool, then stir in olive oil and vinegar. 
Serve cold.  Makes 1½ cups.
