Chile salsa`

Measure Ingredient
5 Plum Tomatoes, Ripe --
Seeded and chopped
¼ cup White Onion -- chopped
1 Jalapeno -- seeded and
Minced
Or
1 can (4 Oz) Chiles, Chopped
Mild -- drained
1 Clove Garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
¼ teaspoon Salt

1. In a medium, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, no longer than 1 day.
