Salsa de chile chipotle

Ingredients

| 1 | each | clove garlic, chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | oil |
| 2 | eaches | tomatoes |
| ½ | teaspoon | oregano |
| 1 | dash | salt, pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | sugar |
| 1 | each | Canned chipotle to taste |
Directions
Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped. Canned chipotle to taste, chopped.
Saute onion and garlic until tender but not brown. Add the rest and cook gently 15 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
