1eachclove garlic, chopped

2eachestomatoes
½teaspoonoregano
1dashsalt, pepper
½teaspoonsugar
1eachCanned chipotle to taste

Directions

Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped. Canned chipotle to taste, chopped.

Saute onion and garlic until tender but not brown. Add the rest and cook gently 15 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
