Salsa de tomatillos y chipotles
1 1/2 cups
Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Tomatillos | 
| 2 | Cloves garlic | |
| 2 | Canned chipotle chiles | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sea salt,, or to taste | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar,, or to taste | 
Directions
Discard the husks from the tomatillos. Place them in a blender and add the garlic and chiles.
Blend until pureed, but not liquefied. 
Add salt and ½ teaspoon sugar, to taste.
