Yield: 1 1/2 cups
Measure | Ingredient |

½ pounds | Tomatillos |
2 \N | Cloves garlic |
2 \N | Canned chipotle chiles |
2 teaspoons | Sea salt,, or to taste |
1 teaspoon | Sugar,, or to taste |
Discard the husks from the tomatillos. Place them in a blender and add the garlic and chiles.
Blend until pureed, but not liquefied.
Add salt and ½ teaspoon sugar, to taste.
