Salsa de tomatillos y chipotles

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Tomatillos
2 \N Cloves garlic
2 \N Canned chipotle chiles
2 teaspoons Sea salt,, or to taste
1 teaspoon Sugar,, or to taste

Discard the husks from the tomatillos. Place them in a blender and add the garlic and chiles.

Blend until pureed, but not liquefied.

Add salt and ½ teaspoon sugar, to taste.
