Salsa de chili (chili sauce)

1Onion; chopped
1Green pepper; chopped
1Clove garlic; minced
2tablespoonsFlour
½teaspoonSalt
1tablespoonGebhardt's Chili Powder
1cupTomatoes
1cupMeat stock or water

Directions

Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in the butter until soft; add flour, salt and Gebhardt's Chili Powder and stir until smooth. Add tomatoes and meat stock or water. Cook until thickened and smooth.

Strain if desired.
