1eachtomato, peeled & seeded
6eachessprigs cilantro, chopped
1eachsmall onion, chopped
1eachclove garlic, crushed
1eachcanned serrano, chopped
3tablespoonsoil
1eachsalt, pepper to taste
1eachpinch sugar

Directions

Simmer gueros in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain, stem and seed. Puree with remaining ingredients. Cook in skillet, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes. Makes 1½ cups
