Green chile salsa

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ pounds Tomatillos
½ small Onion; finely chopped
1 \N Serrano chile; finely chopped
1 small Yellow chile; finely chopped
2 teaspoons Freshly-squeezed lemon juice
2 mediums Garlic cloves; minced
2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
½ teaspoon Salt

Put tomatillos into a pan with water to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Drain, cool, and core. Cut tomatillos into small dice or finely chop in a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Place in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.

This recipe yields 2½ cups of salsa.
