Salmon steaks with salsa

1 \N 680 gram pac frozen salmon steaks; defrosted
250 grams Tomatoes; skinned, deseeded
\N \N ; and chopped (8oz)
1 \N Green pepper; deseeded and finely
\N \N ; chopped
2 \N Spring onions; finely sliced
2 \N Cloves garlic; finely chopped
2 \N Chillies; deseeded and finely
\N \N ; chopped
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped coriander
1 tablespoon Olive oil
½ teaspoon Sea salt
\N \N Grilled polenta slices

TO SERVE

Cook the salmon as per pack cooking instructions.

Prepare the salsa by combining all the ingredients together until incorporated

Serve immediately with salmon and grilled polenta slices.
