Salmon balls

Measure Ingredient
14 ounces Salmon, drained and flaked
½ teaspoon Liquid BBQ Sauce
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 tablespoon Onion, grated
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Horseradish
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Combine all except nuts and parsley. Shape into a log and roll in the nut mixture. Serve with crackers.
