Salmon and cream cheese ball

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Canned Salmon
½ teaspoon Liquid smoke (I used more)
1 tablespoon Horseradish (I used more)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ pounds Cream cheese; mashed
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dried parsley flakes

Remove any bones that are in the salmon. Add all ingredients and mix well.
