Salami and eggs

Measure Ingredient
4 slices Salami
2 \N Eggs
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
\N \N Fat -- for frying

Cut the salami in strips. Lightly beat the eggs, salt and pepper.

Fry the salami until lightly browned in a skillet. Pour the eggs over it and cook over low heat until theeggs are set on the bottom.
