1kilogramsCoarsely minced pork; (70% lean, 30% fat)
25gramsSalt
Freshly ground black pepper
1Glass white wine
1Clove garlic; finely chopped
Natural skins; (min 2 inch in
; diameter)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and work well with your hands. Stuff the mixture into the skins and tie. Boil very gently for one hour in salted water. Serve with lentils or mashed potato.
