Scrambled eggs and salami

½ pounds Salami; 1/2 inch thick, cut into strips

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saut‚ salami strips 3-4 minutes until they brown lightly, stirring with a wooden spoon.
