Salami stack ups

1pack(3 oz.) Cream Cheese softened
2tablespoonsMayonnaise
2tablespoonsOnion or Chives; finely chopped
1dashTobasco or cayenne pepper
25Thin slices of Hard Salami

Directions

Blend cream cheese, Mayo onion and tobasco sauce. Make 5 stacks of salami slices; spread cheese mixture between slices. Chill thoroughly. Cut each stack into 6 equal wedges. Serve each with a cocktail pick in the center.
