|1 pack||(3 oz.) Cream Cheese softened|
|2 tablespoons||Onion or Chives; finely chopped|
|1 dash||Tobasco or cayenne pepper|
|25 \N||Thin slices of Hard Salami|
Blend cream cheese, Mayo onion and tobasco sauce. Make 5 stacks of salami slices; spread cheese mixture between slices. Chill thoroughly. Cut each stack into 6 equal wedges. Serve each with a cocktail pick in the center.
