2 tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | Onion or Chives; finely chopped |
1 dash | Tobasco or cayenne pepper |
25 \N | Thin slices of Hard Salami |
Blend cream cheese, Mayo onion and tobasco sauce. Make 5 stacks of salami slices; spread cheese mixture between slices. Chill thoroughly. Cut each stack into 6 equal wedges. Serve each with a cocktail pick in the center.
