Salami stack ups

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3 oz.) Cream Cheese softened
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Onion or Chives; finely chopped
1 dash Tobasco or cayenne pepper
25 \N Thin slices of Hard Salami

Blend cream cheese, Mayo onion and tobasco sauce. Make 5 stacks of salami slices; spread cheese mixture between slices. Chill thoroughly. Cut each stack into 6 equal wedges. Serve each with a cocktail pick in the center.
