Salami stack ups

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (3 oz.) Cream Cheese softened |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | tablespoons | Onion or Chives; finely chopped |
| 1 | dash | Tobasco or cayenne pepper |
| 25 | Thin slices of Hard Salami | |
Directions
Blend cream cheese, Mayo onion and tobasco sauce. Make 5 stacks of salami slices; spread cheese mixture between slices. Chill thoroughly. Cut each stack into 6 equal wedges. Serve each with a cocktail pick in the center.
