Salad varigata

Measure Ingredient
¼ \N Iceberg lettuce; finely shredded
1 \N Lollo Rosso heart; carefully torn
1 small Quantity of Lamb's lettuce
1 small Quantity of Oak leaf lettuce
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Chopped chives
4 \N Sorrel leaves; carefully torn
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Walnut oil
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
\N \N Salt and freshly ground black pepper


1. Carefully prepare the lettuce leaves.

2. Mix all the dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well.

3. Pour over salad just before serving and toss well.
