| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| 2 | cups | Rye flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Margerine |
| 2 | cups | Bread flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground allspice (optional) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Nonfat dry milk powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Caraway seeds (optional) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1½ | cup | Warm water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Add all ingredients listed above, select white bread and push start.
NOTE: Caraway seeds and allspice may be added to make an unusual spicy rye, or omit them for a good conventional rye.
