Rye bread (dak)

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
2 cups Rye flour
2 cups Bread flour
2 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Margerine
1 teaspoon Ground allspice (optional)
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds (optional)
1½ cup Warm water


Add all ingredients listed above, select white bread and push start.

NOTE: Caraway seeds and allspice may be added to make an unusual spicy rye, or omit them for a good conventional rye.
