Royal coach hotal barbecue sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Dry red wine
6 ounces Can tomato paste
¼ cup Olive oil
1½ teaspoon Dried oregano - crushed
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to simmering. Brush on steaks or burgers, as desired, during cooking. Heat remaining sauce and pass with the meat. Makes about 1¾ cups.
