Dip steaks in salad dressing, roll in seasoned crumbs. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Saute in olive oil on both sides until lightly browned and tender. If desired, serve on pasta with low-fat marinara sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
