| ½ | cup | Non-fat Italian salad dressing |
| ½ | cup | Dry bread crumbs, mixed with |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried Italian seasoning |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
Directions
Dip steaks in salad dressing, roll in seasoned crumbs. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Saute in olive oil on both sides until lightly browned and tender. If desired, serve on pasta with low-fat marinara sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
