Round steak ranchero

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Round Steak
2 tablespoons Canola or Olive Oil
⅓ cup Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons A-1 Sauce
1 each Medium Onion, sliced
1 each Garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon Thyme, dried
½ teaspoon Pepper

Make a marinade of all ingredients (except round steak). Remove all visable fat from the meat, cut into four pieces. Marinate steak two hours (or more - refrigerate if for longer period). Broil steak, basting with marinade.
