Round steak ranchero

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Round Steak |
| 2 | tablespoons | Canola or Olive Oil |
| ⅓ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | A-1 Sauce |
| 1 | each | Medium Onion, sliced |
| 1 | each | Garlic clove, minced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Thyme, dried |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Make a marinade of all ingredients (except round steak). Remove all visable fat from the meat, cut into four pieces. Marinate steak two hours (or more - refrigerate if for longer period). Broil steak, basting with marinade.
