Rosemary garlic oil

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Extra-virgin olive oil
3 \N Garlic cloves, slivered
1½ tablespoon Fresh rosemary noodles (from
\N \N About 2 sprigs) or 1
\N \N TB dried
2 pinches Salt, preferably coarse
\N \N Generous grind of coarse
\N \N Black pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a small glass jar with a lid. Let stand at room temperature at least 15 minutes, preferably 1 hour. Ifs not using within several hours, cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
