Rosamarina carribean-style

Ingredients

1cupCreamette Rosmarina or Acini di Pepe; uncooked
1cupWater
1teaspoonWyler's chicken-flavor lnstant bouillon
1teaspoonMargarine
3mediumsFresh tomatoes; peeled, seeded and chopped
¼cupSliced green onion
2tablespoonsChopped fresh parsley
½teaspoonAmerican Heart Association original herb seasoning
¼teaspoonCurry powder
teaspoonGround cinnamon

Directions

In large skillet, combine all ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer until liquid is absorbed, 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
