Rolled cookies, my best

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1 | cup | Margarine |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs; slightly beaten | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 18¾ | ounce | Flour (3 3/4 cups) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1¼ | tablespoon | Baking powder |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Cream well first 4 ingredients.
2. Mix together dry ingredients.
3. Mix both together and chill 2 hours.
4. Roll out ¼" and cut with cookie cutters.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
NOTES : Never have aluminum foil in the bottom of oven, it will make for uneven distribution of heat.
