|⅔ cup||Hot water|
|1 teaspoon||Ginger (up to)|
|4 cups||Flour (save some to roll the dough out on!)|

Soften margarine, then mix all ingredients together. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters, or the rim of a drinking glass. Place on cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees. (the recipe doesn't have a time to cook them, so you will have to experiment)! Keep in an airtight container, they will be soft and yummy! REC.FOOD.RECIPES ARCHIVES
