Robert's spice blend

Measure Ingredient
4 teaspoons Onion powder
1 tablespoon Paprika
2 teaspoons Salt
1½ teaspoon Thyme leaves, crushed
1½ teaspoon Celery salt
1½ teaspoon Garlic salt
1½ teaspoon Ground white pepper
4 teaspoons Ground dry mustard
1 teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Ground red pepper
½ teaspoon Ground cardamom
\N \N Pinch of nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and store in a tightly covered container. Use to season anything, from chili to roast chicken. Makes ⅓ cup.
