Date: Tue, 19 Mar 1996 10:52:17 -0800 From: Carolyn_Conner@... (Carolyn Conner) On my one and only camping trip ...I packed lots of roasted herbed red potatoes in ziplock baggies and they were a big hit and kept well in our cooler. We reheated for dinner in foil over our fire.
Recipe: cut lots of red potatoes into bite sized pieces. Marinate in spices. Bake on non-stick sheet at 350 for 30 min or until done. They'll be slightly browning and puffed.
We also had lots of Pasta to which we added lots of fresh cut up herbs and slightly cooked fresh vegies.
