Ring of fire mustard

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
20 \N Heads of Garlic (more if you prefer)
1 \N Ripe Mango (Seeded)
1 \N Ripe Papaya (Seeded)
¼ cup Brown Sugar Substitute( Use Real if you like, I'm Diabetic so I don't)
¼ \N Orange Juice Concentrate
¼ cup Vinegar (Balsamic Works well Makes it look like Black Death)
⅛ cup Chinese Mustard (up to 1/4)
⅓ cup White Wine (up to 1/2)
\N \N Black Pepper
12 \N Habs; Scotchies more or less (Chipotles work but change the flavor and color of the Mustard to a diarrhea brown)

Mix The Mustard and the wine together first let stand until it sets up.

Peel and seed the Mango and Papaya and put in a blender. Mince the Habs(I Keep the seeds in the peppers) add the rest of the ingredients and black pepper to taste. Then Blend the Daylights out of it.
