Hot & sweet mustard

Ingredients

4Egg; lightly beaten
½cupSugar
1canDry mustard (2 oz)
1cupApple cider vinegar
1teaspoonSalt
teaspoonCayenne pepper
½cupButter or margarine melted

Directions

Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler. Cook over low heat, shicking constantly, until thickened (about 10 minutes). Cool and pour into container. Store in refrigerator.
