Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Cooked rice |
| 1 | can | Whole kernel corn; (8 ounce) |
| 1 | can | Tomatoes; (16 ounce) drained and chopped |
| 12 | teaspoons | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Oregano |

Directions
Place onion, broccoli and butter in a 2 quart casserole. Cover. Microwave at high (100%) until broccoli is crisp tender, and onions are opaque, 5 to Add rice, corn and tomatoes. Stir in salt, pepper and oregano. Mix well.
Cover. Microwave at medium high (70%) until heated through, 7 to 8 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
