Rice pudding cereal

Ingredients

3cupsCooked rice (1c raw)
2cupsSkim milk
1Egg white or whole egg
Slightly beaten
1tablespoonSugar (optional)
¼cupRaisins
¼teaspoonCinnamon

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a medium sauce pan and mix them well.

Cook the rive over Moderate heat, stirring it now and then, until it has thickened (about 5 min after milk reaches boil).

Note: Eat quickly because it does tend to "dry out" but it's so good
