cup(Scant) Flour
1teaspoonSalt -- scant
5cups(To 6) Rhubarb, cut up
2tablespoons(Or 3) Sugar

Directions

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time; add flour and salt. Spread on cookie sheet and arrange cut-up rhubarb on top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in 350 F oven 40 to 45 mins. Cool. Slice into rectangles. Serve with whipped cream.
