| 2¼ | cup | (Scant) Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt -- scant |
| 5 | cups | (To 6) Rhubarb, cut up |
| 2 | tablespoons | (Or 3) Sugar |
Directions
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time; add flour and salt. Spread on cookie sheet and arrange cut-up rhubarb on top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in 350 F oven 40 to 45 mins. Cool. Slice into rectangles. Serve with whipped cream.
