Reunion casserole

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef, extra lean
½ pounds Sausage meat -- hot
1 cup Chopped onion
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese --

1 large Green pepper -- chopped
1 can Corn, whole kernel, canned
12 ounces Drained
1 can Tomato soup -- 10 3/4 oz
\N \N Undiluted
1 can Tomato sauce -- 8 oz
⅓ cup Olives -- stuffed &slice 8
\N \N Oz
1 \N Clove garlic -- minced
½ teaspoon Salt
8 ounces Noodles -- wide cooked
\N \N And drained

In a large Dutch oven, brown the beef, sausage, and onion. Drain off fat. Stir in 1 cup cheese, green pepper, corn, soup, tomato sauce, olives, garlic, salt and noodles. Place in a 13x9x3 inch baking pan.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for 35 min. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
