Red sauce reserve

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water
½ cup Apple juice
½ cup Tomato paste
½ cup Heinz 57 sauce
3 tablespoons Distilled white vinegar
3 tablespoons Golden Delicious Applesauce; (an excellent sweetner and marvelous taste contributor)
2 tablespoons Molasses
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon A-1 sauce
1 tablespoon Salt-free sweet butter
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Carrot puree; (baby food) - don't be mislead by this addtion. It is very good.
1 teaspoon Tamari soy sauce
1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
⅓ cup Dark brown sugar
½ teaspoon Seasoning salt
2 teaspoons Beef base flavoring; (granules)
1 teaspoon Powdered onion - heaping
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Roasted garlic powder
1 teaspoon Mexican Oregano
½ teaspoon Celery seed
½ teaspoon White pepper
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
⅛ teaspoon Red pepper; (more to suit)

Bring to slow boil and reduce heat. Simmer till thickened.
