Raw tomato sauce

Measure Ingredient
8 Firm; ripe tomatoes,
; chopped finely
15 Sprigs fresh coriander; chopped finely
1 Onion; chopped finely
4 Green chillies; chopped very finely
; (optional)
1 Lime or lemon; juice of
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground black pepper

This sauce does not keep, however, either frozen or refrigerated; it must be eaten within 4 hours of preparation.

Simply mix all the ingredients together thoroughly, 20 minutes before eating if possible. Serve cold. Converted by MC_Buster.
