Raw tomato sauce

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Firm; ripe tomatoes,
\N \N ; chopped finely
15 \N Sprigs fresh coriander; chopped finely
1 \N Onion; chopped finely
4 \N Green chillies; chopped very finely
\N \N ; (optional)
1 \N Lime or lemon; juice of
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground black pepper

This sauce does not keep, however, either frozen or refrigerated; it must be eaten within 4 hours of preparation.
