Red's backwoods texas bbq sauce

1quartMolasses
1⅓cupDecaffeinated Coffee, prepared
1⅓cupCider Vinegar
3Chipotle Peppers (Dried), chopped fine
3Jalapeno Peppers, chopped fine
4tablespoonsDijon Mustard
teaspoonSalt
1tablespoonBlack Pepper
1tablespoonDried Thyme
2teaspoonsCumin

Directions

Mix well in large pot; run through a blender in batches to thoroughtly blend. Label the sauce with date, and store in gallon jugs.

Makes 1⅓ gallons sauce.

To add more "fire" to the sauce, add 10 habanero chile peppers, chopped.
