6 \N | Chicken breasts; boiled and chopped |
3 cups | Chicken broth |
2 cans | Cream of mushroom soup |
1½ cup | Instant rice; uncooked |
1 carton | (8-oz) sour cream |
1 pack | Crackers |
½ \N | Stick butter or oleo; melted |
Mix chicken, broth, soup, rice and sour cream all together. Pour into a casserole dish. Crumble crackers. Mix cracker crumbs with butter, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
