Rebecca's rice recipe

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Chicken breasts; boiled and chopped
3 cups Chicken broth
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
1½ cup Instant rice; uncooked
1 carton (8-oz) sour cream
1 pack Crackers
½ \N Stick butter or oleo; melted

Mix chicken, broth, soup, rice and sour cream all together. Pour into a casserole dish. Crumble crackers. Mix cracker crumbs with butter, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
