Yield: 6 Servings
|6 \N||Chicken breasts; boiled and chopped|
|3 cups||Chicken broth|
|2 cans||Cream of mushroom soup|
|1½ cup||Instant rice; uncooked|
|1 carton||(8-oz) sour cream|
|½ \N||Stick butter or oleo; melted|
Mix chicken, broth, soup, rice and sour cream all together. Pour into a casserole dish. Crumble crackers. Mix cracker crumbs with butter, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
