Raspberry peach jam

Ingredients

| 2⅔ | cup | Peaches -- peeled | 
| Finely chopped | ||
| 1½ | cup | Fresh raspberries -- or | 
| Frozen crushed | ||
| 3 | cups | Sugar | 
| 1½ | teaspoon | Lemon juice | 
Directions
In a large kettle, combine all ingrdients. cook over low heat, stirring occasional, until sugar is dissolved and mixture is bubbly, about 10 min. Bring to a full rolling boil; boil for 15 min. stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; skim off foam. Pour hot into hot jars leaving ¼ inch headspace. Adjust caps. Process for 15 min. in a boiling water bath. Yield: 5 half-pint.
