|½ ounce||Sweet cream|
|1½ ounce||Fresh lemon juice|
|1 teaspoon||Powdered sugar|
|2 dashes||Orange juice (or orange|
|4 ounces||Club soda -- or to fill|
Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add gin, cream, lemon juice, egg white, powdered sugar and orange juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with club soda.
