Ramos fizz

Measure Ingredient
1 ounce Gin
½ ounce Sweet cream
1½ ounce Fresh lemon juice
1 \N Egg white
1 teaspoon Powdered sugar
2 dashes Orange juice (or orange
\N \N Flower water)
4 ounces Club soda -- or to fill
\N \N Cracked ice

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add gin, cream, lemon juice, egg white, powdered sugar and orange juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with club soda.
