Ramos fizz 2

Measure Ingredient
1 ounce Gin
½ ounce Sweet Cream
1½ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
2 dashes Orange Juice -- * see note
4 ounces Club Soda -- or to fill
Ice Cubes -- cracked

* Or orange flower water.

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add gin, cream, lemon juice, egg white, powdered sugar and orange juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with club soda.

Not worth the risk of giving a customer saminilla from the raw egg and getting sued!
