|1 cup||Peeled sliced fresh peaches|
|1 cup||Peach low-fat frozen yogurt|
|1½ cup||Peach nectar|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|½ teaspoon||Almond extract|
|1½ cup||Sparkling water, chilled|
Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Yield: 6 servings.
Per serving: 82 Calories; 0g Fat (5% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 18g Carbohydrate; 2mg Cholesterol; 26mg Sodium NOTES : To serve, pour ½ cup into each of 6 glasses; add ¼ cup sparkling water to each glass.
