Peach-almond fizz

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Peeled sliced fresh peaches
1 cup Peach low-fat frozen yogurt
1½ cup Peach nectar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Almond extract
1½ cup Sparkling water, chilled

Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Yield: 6 servings.

Per serving: 82 Calories; 0g Fat (5% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 18g Carbohydrate; 2mg Cholesterol; 26mg Sodium NOTES : To serve, pour ½ cup into each of 6 glasses; add ¼ cup sparkling water to each glass.
