Peach-almond fizz

| 1 | cup | Peach low-fat frozen yogurt |
| 1½ | cup | Peach nectar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Almond extract |
| 1½ | cup | Sparkling water, chilled |
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Yield: 6 servings.
Per serving: 82 Calories; 0g Fat (5% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 18g Carbohydrate; 2mg Cholesterol; 26mg Sodium NOTES : To serve, pour ½ cup into each of 6 glasses; add ¼ cup sparkling water to each glass.
