Quick succotash

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Water
10 ounces Frozen baby lima beans, (1 package) thawed
10 ounces Frozen whole kernel corn, (1 package) thawed
¾ cup Diced green bell pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Dried whole summer savory, crushed
2 cups Seeded and diced peeled tomato

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add beans; cook, uncovered, 5 minutes.

Add corn and next 3 ingredients; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, and stir in tomato. Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1cup).
