Yield: 5 Servings
|10 ounces||Frozen baby lima beans, (1 package) thawed|
|10 ounces||Frozen whole kernel corn, (1 package) thawed|
|¾ cup||Diced green bell pepper|
|¼ teaspoon||Dried whole summer savory, crushed|
|2 cups||Seeded and diced peeled tomato|
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add beans; cook, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Add corn and next 3 ingredients; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, and stir in tomato. Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1cup).
