Succotash (from my garden)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 red peppers -- diced

1 TB butter

¾ c heavy cream

3 c corn kernels

: Salt and pepper

2 c lima beans -- blanched

In large pan heat butter. Add corn, lima beans and red peppers. Cook for 3 minutes, or until peppers are soft. Add heavy cream, salt and pepper. Serve immediately
