Quick mustard with herbs

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Dry white wine 1/2 c mixed
Minced herbs
½ each Garlic clove; minced
1 pinch Dried oregano
Basil, mint, chives,
Marjoram, rosemary, parsley

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together well and place in a sterilized jar with a tight fitting lid. Store in a cool dark place for up to three months.
